Abstract

This is the third reported case of choriocarcinoma during pregnancy in Korea.
A 28yearsold gravida 2 patient with an intrauterine pregnancy of 29 weeks had a coexisting vaginal metastatic choricarcinoma. After termination of pregnancy, treatment with tripe combination chemotherapy (methotrexate, actinomycinD,
cytoxan)
was
successfully done.
